The seed so lonely beneath the earth,
With no sense, with no worth.
But all of a sudden in a matter of a day,
It unleashes its roots with no delay.
In a flick of a finger few days pass by,
It sprouts above the earth facing the sky.
It spreads its shoots towards the sun,
But its journey has just begun.
Within a week it has grown a bud,
Spreading its roots across the mud.
One fine day it blossoms into a majestic flower,
Boasting its pride and power.
It sways across the breeze with its stunning petals,
It shows its strength and rebels.
The plant weakens and the flower has withered,
The seeds have dropped and the cycle has just been triggered.
