Recipe: Pancakes – By Advitya Gupta 11 L

Everyone eats these about as fast as we can make them and pancakes are delicious. They are perfect for breakfast. Making pancakes has become as fun morning activity. They are healthy and easy to make. So here is the recipe

Ingredients –
 2 cups – all-purpose flour / wheat flour
 ½ cup milk
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 Honey for serving
 Oil / butter for grease
 Fruits to serve

Procedure –
 Take a mixing bowl.
 Add flour , sugar , baking powder and baking soda
 Mix well
 Add milk
 Add 2 spoons of melted butter and whisk properly
 Heat pan and grease with butter.
 Add 1 ladle full of pancake batter
 Cook until bubbles appear on surface
 Flip it for some time.
 Serve with honey and fruits of choice.
